About Our Program"


Brian and Jeff Bojonell here. We're in bit of a pinch and need your help. We have a great source of buyers who need a house. So... we would like to make an offer to purchase your home "Rent To Own."

Here's the story... We are not Realtors. We are Real Estate Investors and advertise to find people who want to lease option our houses. Our marketing works amazingly well and we usually find a lot more buyers than we have homes to sell. We wanted to figure out a way to help these folks find a home and to make a little money on all the work we've done to find and qualify them... so we set up this quick web page and started calling home owners like you in the area.

Our buyers want to own a home in your neighborhood, but don't qualify for a mortgage right now. That means they would be buying "Rent To Own."

They can afford the monthly payment and will qualify within a few years. We have every one of them talk to a mortgage broker before we put them on the list. We want to know exactly how long it will take them before they qualify and can take out a new loan to pay off the house.

These buyers will also offer top market value for their future home and full market rent during the lease period… sometimes a little bit more.

In addition to that, they take care of the home because they see it as their own. And there will be a written agreement that makes them responsible for all repairs and maintenance to the house. So if the furnace goes out, they have to fix it or if the house needs painted, they take care of it. This prevents a lot of landlord headaches.

Plus... if the worst happens and they default, they lose their option and another buyer can be placed in the home.

By the way, none of this costs you a dime. We are paid on the buying end and through the buyer.

As far as price goes...It doesn't really matter to us how much you want for it, but if we put it much over market value, we won't be able to make our offer work.

But there is no reason we shouldn't be able to get you top market value or maybe a little more because of the way we are selling it. Our buyers are pretty motivated.
